1. Food Product Policy
Since our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper details or photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Damaged product during delivery
Incorrect product received
Order cancellation approved before dispatch
4. Refund Process
Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
